I would think i’d lost any argument though if i started to resort to calling people “sweaties” and “one of your lot”. I’d always prefer to crack on with the meat of the discussion rather than divert off to some sort of petty derisory term of the people whom i think i’m arguing with. Again REREAD my post I said roll on the revolution and once the Scots have gained independence then I’d join the revolution for an English parliament so we too can free our homeland and not be ruled by others

I’m all for everyones Independance with an attitude of we’ll all do what best for ourselves, and not with an attitude of " the sweaties" or “one of them lot”. A lot of us are interlinked we have family in these places. And that doesn’t make independance a bad thing. Its all good from where i’m sitting !!

Not dismissing anyone, in fact I’m not particularly bothered either way about Scottish independence. I just find it amusing that person ‘A’ gets all hot under the collar when person ‘B’ disagrees with them, and starts talking about freedom of speech. As if freedom of speech means the right to have everyone agree with them. It applies both ways, you know.

Exactly it does work both ways and which part of getting hot under the collar was you referring to ?
I was only giving as good as I was receiving we’ve made up now so it’s cosy again
