What happened to Campsey’s, there was a rumour going round that the drivers were in for a pay rise and rather than pay it the management closed the place down. Is that what happened or was it just another “lorry drivers tale”? Would this be late 70’s early 80’s.
it was 85 when they sold up, dont know why but i will ask a man that does.
