I watched a documentary last year that was made by a Ukranian journalist. It was warts and all and remarkably unbiased. I apologise that I don’t remember the name of the documentary, but I do remember one scene where a hospital was being shelled resulting in multiple casualties and the people there seemed fairly unanimous that the shelling was coming from Ukrainian positions. War is dirty, war is foul and lines get blurred.
I’ll see if I can find that video again.
Is it possible that on odd occasions there are friendly fire instances? Yes.
Is it possible that the invasion of Ukraine is all a hoax etc ? No.
Are both sides putting out misleading reports. Yes, very much so.

I judged it to be unbiased because he did not criticise any side in the war, he merely reported unemotionally. I don’t know about you but if I see a report that favours no point of view or perspective I consider it to be unbiased.

A report can surely be very biased, but can also be presented in a calm way without open insult to either side.
