Busy Mr Trump

Were you? Or was the argument you put forward ridiculed?
Or was the argument you put forward disagreed with?

Edit, And would you consider that “lefty apologist” is a term of ridicule?

:grinning:
Well, all those who didn’t vote for “Sleepy Joe” will be…uummm…ignoring this.

Same thing. Point remains that you belittled it in your usual condescending, patronising and “I’m always right” attitude. A bit like you’ve displayed here by trying to be a smart arse with your response.

Well well well! 10 Cybertrucks have been anonymously donated to Las Vegas PD, The sales of those swastitrucks have tanked & are piling up in car parks unsold with sales going down faster than Tesla’s share price, at $82000 a pop I wonder who the anonymous donor could be. Surely it cant be one of Donny Dingbats departments, as they’re supposed to be saving taxpayers money.

Mr Trump’s envoys have allegedly been busy.
The Tate brothers, who hold multiple passports have been allowed to leave Romania, where they have been under house arrest pending trial on counts including ■■■■ and money laundering. They also have an outstanding arrest warrant in the UK for ■■■■, and human trafficking, plus 4 civil cases in the UK.

Here it is on the BBC although other outlets have stronger words to say

Forbes wrote this a week or so ago.

All he needs is to bring mcgregor into the fold, a proper tag team passing around the spoils

first two figures are chicken feed nowadays, buys them a condo off Sunset Boulevard.
500B from Apple. Of course Apple are investing back in the US, not because trump has made the US a great place to invest, but because he’s made it a really bad case to invest anywhere else, Apple would suffer if it had to pay 25% or more tariffs on new iphones made in Asia.
Likewise, where else would Stargate invest but somewhere in the US where they can hire and fire at Will. You’re not going to build a Saturn 5 rocket in Hull Docks East Enterprise Zone then fedex it to Florida.
Lastly, 600B from Saudi Arabia. That’s business as usual, money goes to Arabia for oil, and the local oligarchs take their cut, then money goes back to America and more oligarchs grease their palms, then the money goes back again, and more gets creamed off, and again again again till there’s not much change left at all. The only people not seeing any of this cash flowing into and out of our countries, are the workers actually doing the hard work, just the idle rich getting richer and richer.
But it’s still early days, so we’ll sit around and see what the world’s economy is doing in 12 months. Probably utter chaos not seen since the 1930s. (not like we haven’t actually been here before but heh ho, let’s not learn from history but career blindly into world war 3)

Twenty years ago a personality rumoured to be involved in sex with minors or trafficking would have been ostracised before any evidence at all was offered.

Now we have some accused in courts in various countries, and another found guilty of ■■■■ in Dublin, making money and moving around as “celebrities”.

2014 Jeff Bezos bought the Washington Post. He said he would be a “hands off” owner.
2017 (Trump#1) He said that Democracy Dies In Darkness. And allowed editors free hands.
Oct 2024 He blocked an editorial in favour of Kamala Harris.
Now his editor is leaving as Bezos tells the paper to restrict opinion in it’s pages.
Bezos “viewpoints opposing those pillars will be left to be published by others.”
So, no need for censorship by Govs is there.

Choose your own sources for more of the story.

Just watched the video about that on Chris Norlund’s channel.

These two low lifes will fit right in with the orange t urd stains past activities with Epstein.

Absolutely.
Did the whole world say in 1930 “Hey that Hitler is really bad and we are off to another war”?
No they didn’t.
Some of it was “a quarrel in a faraway land between people of which we know nothing.”…ie it doesn’t concern me.
Some of it was “He doesn’t really mean it”
The signs are there.

It is not an inescapable path to bad things, but inaction and trusting to the good faith of others does not always turn out well.

The Washington Post used to be referred to as a Newspaper of Record.
Doubtful that’s ever really been true about any newspaper…

However. Any business owner who sells to someone who has clearly nailed their colors to the mast, as Bezos has, cannot cry crocodile tears when the “inventor” of the Kindle buys a media company, then proceed to dictate the narrative.

I mean for heaven’s sake, it’s a move straight out of Fahrenheit 451 meets 1984 to invent the kindle. Sick twisted humor when it cremates the real book publishing industry from printer to independent bookstore. And the minor detail that all those local jobs incendiarised only gives jobs to workers in distant Asian sweatshops making electronic gismos that have an even shorter life than the books they replace. Then trump has the brass neck to speak about American jobs etc.

Anyone who has an ounce of sense knows a great way to ease your rocky path in plot’e’tics would be to own a major media so you can control the narrative - you can rubbish your detractors and competitors, and big yourself up, whitewash your own scandals while bold 30pt everyone’s else’s.

For some reason far beyond my ken, certain people who while admitting their own lowly financial status seem to love up those great Illuminaires like trump, muskrat and bezos.
I actually don’t see any real benefit for these supporters. It’s hardly likely that trump et al will actually give away a few million in a thank-you. Just keep lapping up their fake statistics heedlessly of them being rapidly and repeatedly fact checked as noncesense.

The despots don’t hear individual fans cheering, just the sound wall. So why support these megalomaniacs who really and truly don’t give even half a #### for anyone like us. But heh! as long as that wall of cheering pushes you ever forward with the crowd ignore that one by one the elderly, the disabled, the unlucky, and other minorities fall and get trampled over. They’re just “losers” anyway yeah.

@realDonaldTrump

Drugs are still pouring into our Country from Mexico and Canada at very high and unacceptable levels.
A large percentage of these Drugs, much of them in the form of Fentanyl, are made in, and supplied by, China.
More than 100,000 people died last year due to the distribution of these dangerous and highly addictive POISONS.
Millions of people have died over the last two decades.
The families of the victims are devastated and, in many instances, virtually destroyed. We cannot allow this scourge to continue to harm the USA, and therefore, until it stops, or is seriously limited, the proposed TARIFFS scheduled to go into effect on MARCH FOURTH will, indeed, go into effect, as scheduled.
China will likewise be charged an additional 10% Tariff on that date.
The April Second Reciprocal Tariff date will remain in full force and effect. Thank you for your attention to this matter. GOD BLESS AMERICA!

That makes sense.

10% on the alleged makers of drugs a country we profess to dislike, and 25% on the alleged transit points, the countries we do most trade with and who buy our goods.

When I say “That makes sense” , I mean, I expect that makes sense to Trumpians.

Donald Trump is ‘seriously unwell,’ claims former mouthpiece and MAGA loyalist

No shock really…sadly.

Dr David Owen wrote an excellent book about such things In Sickness and in Power: Illness in Heads of Government During the Last 100 Years

LOL Another trumper nugget to appease the lobotomised MAGA numpties, some of the comments are spot on & priceless.

Trump as reliable as a Putain promise
