I’d like to think that he’ll only be there for 4 years but already there are moves to try and get his ability to stay in office for longer. And he accuses Zelensky of being a dictator. He knows that he can bully the Canadians and Europeans, the Chinese would just laugh in his face. He talks about trade imbalances but never mentions the amount of money that Twitter, Amazon, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft make from our use of their products. If I was Taiwanese I’d be bricking it just now as any move by China will be met with a shrug of the shoulders by Trump. It’s like a re-run of the interwar years and we either need to stand firm or let ourselves be trampled.

Further, on the news right now, I am hearing that the Israeli settlers on the West Bank are getting more aggressive. Netanyahu etc are more than happy with his ideas about Gaza and seem likely to want the same in the other direction too.

It is often difficult but as I have written above, it is hard to separate a country from their (current) leaders.
About half US voters went for Trump, but that does not mean that all of the US is behind him. Zelensky has more than 50% popularity in Ukraine, but not all of them like his politics. And I do imagine for an instant that 115% of Russians really like Putain.
Anyway my point is Netanyahu is not Israel by a long chalk. He certainly has strong support from some, but is strongly disliked by many.
If it wasn’t for the awful actions of Hamas he might have been deposed as PM and be behind bars by now.
Frustration is re-acting to posts attacking Trump and with regard to UK politics in general we have quite a lot in common so not all anti robroy.
Can’t help(in the back of my mind) recalling my school days and tales about Rob Roy MacGregor (when I see robroy) a Scottish folk hero and at times a fugitive from the law for cattle rustling.

Seriously though, look mate there is zero frustration on my part on this, frustration aint on my radar on…well anything really…especially something with little relavance to me directly, happening x number of miles accross the Atlantic.
I have made my point clearly on this, my stance on this is a reaction to what I perceive as frustration manifesting it’s self through displays of hatred, which both amazes me and amuses me…but definitely does not frustrate me😆

a friend of mine owned a house next to a small tesco. upto this point he could access his drive from the tesco car park. Tesco wanted to expand and offered a fair price for his property he refused. tesco kept coming back with better and better offers he still refused thinking he was all big and clever. Tesco got fed up and said ok sod ya. They just built an 8 foot wall round their car park so he couldnt get on his drive. He had to pay to put a new drive way in and lost half his garden
