Can anyone remember Robinson Brothers from Pocklington East Yorkshire? They used to pull tippers and they had white and blue dafs and renaults. They packed up in early 90’s and my dad used to work for them.I loved life as a kid in the truck now i am in the other seat…well.Only got one picture of a renault in their colours unfortunetly.

I remember them as we used to use Thompsons of Beverley for our trucks, they may have some old pictures in the archives. It is going back to the Arnold Worral days.

I saw the thames trader on here posted by adr and as this is the only fielders photo i have i thought it should be on here,if it was loaded with wool it would be going in my book,any chance of a trade ,for a trader adr?

here here bud i agree worked there meself thats my fh parked up waiting to load at lille one friday afternoon. not a very nice man to work for. does.nt care much about is drivers didnt stop to long with him before returning back to my old boss at bellgate . a proper boss
I know Malc Dale who worked there.It was him who told me the best way to get the cover on a tilt to fit again without chewing about!
hi johnyrose, my uncle worked at bellgate, he drove t242 jkh a scania topline. not too sure of dates etc… he was there a while though, will ask him when i see him, cheers joe
malcolm dale is he still about heard he left yeardleys along with dave colly he was one ov his long serving drivers when i was there. oh well that tells you all you need to no about the job then. .

Hi there jeffrey ellener JWY 34V taken in 1986 when i started at moxon transport at sherburn in elmet as a gofor.
good pic brings back memorys i remember they were allways leaking oil from the spin on filters took ages to sort out,if i remember right the inside was fitted with house type plug sockets put in before YAK got it.
