Hi Guys I know this is not about driving, but can anyone please recommend a good steel toe cap workboot. I currently wear a pair of dewalt boots. Thanks for your replies.

I get mine from Arco, have done for the last ++ years I found a style that fit and are very comfortable and have stuck to them.
Quite often they’ll have a sale on with them being half price so I’ll pick up 2 for the price of one.
Depends on personal choice really and where you shop .
I got mine from Scruffs website. Comfiest boots I’ve owned [emoji106]

I just go to the local shoe shop or car boot. Haven’t done for a while now, my employer provides them free. Not sure what the rules are as they are ppe? It’s worth asking, though they will probably be the cheapest possible
Depends on what kind of price you have in mind.
I have wide feet and struggle to get workboots to fit. I tried Wolverine from Arco but ended up making use of the 30 day comfort guarantee to get my money back
I now wear Timberland Pros - The lightest and comfiest safety toe boots I’ve ever had. I wear composite toe caps as they’re lighter and don’t conduct the cold to your feet in winters but still meet EN standards.
I’ve also got wide feet and the only ones I could get my feet into were CAT Pelton boots.
Got them in ARCO arco.co.uk/products/7L0200?s=1
Slip on, dealer style and they also came with a comfort guarantee.

theres no need to buy one…
I no longer wear steelies the majority of the time. If the hardest thing I’m going to do is open the doors and reverse onto a bay I see no point. I wear hiking boots instead which are designed from day one to be massively comfortable - they are also more H&S imo as they will absorb energy on your knees as you get in and out of the cab better.
If asked just say “yep” to ‘do you have safety boots’ - as mine are safety for me and my knees.
I’m currently in some Dunlop’s bought from sports direct. They’re very comfy and are standing up to building site type work very well. Sports direct have a good range and at a good price.
Other than that amazon has loads of different makes but you obviously can’t try before you buy.
Ive just got some of these arco.co.uk/products/6HH100
Expensive, but brilliant check the reviews.
I’ve got the Dewalt Pro Lite Boots. They use an aluminium toecap and reduce the weight in other areas too. Comfiest boot I’ve had in a very long time as they are light and wide fitting as well.
I can only find them at Screwfix and will only get them when they are on offer.
Try a bunch of different ones. I have wide feet and years ago found that Magnum suit my feet.
I like my current ones which are the Magnum Sitemaster. Side zip, waterproof, comfortable, high leg.
The zips make it quick and easy to slip them off to slip into my driving crocs!
I find company issue ■■■■ spec are good enough.

Personally, I have worn “Jallatte riggers boots” for years, great for mucky yards etc. that was until I found “worksite” slip on boots much lighter and comfier. Being close to the oil industry, many offshore workers sell their extra supplied boots at car boot sales/Gumtree, dead cheap. £10.00 unworn.
Good luck in finding boots that suit.
Nike trainers!
untill my outfit provide me with good enouugh ppe i’ll tell them where to stick there ■■■■ they pass off
I like to wear these ,great in summer
I find magnum stealth force 8 boots with composite toe cap the most comfortable. The composite is better than steel as it do’s not aggravate my arthritis in my ankle during winter.
Aldi’s own brand.
