Hayle, Cornwall for well deserved {I think so anyway} Holiday. I will be going down as far as Bridgewater on the M5 then going the scenic route through Devon then down throught Cornwall to Hayle. So if anybody sees a green ■■■■■■ N***EAT give us a wave. Back Friday start work Sunday 
Leeds. Loading at an abbatoir in Cross Green for back down this way but not sure where yet 
I’m off to Blighty again to see my son get married. Can’t turn down these buy-one-get-one-free tickets on the trimaran from Boulogne. Bought another one for September, only £38 this time

Leave Tuesday, drop the dogs off with friend Anna at Hautefort, first night 2 hours up the road at Marie’s, Rhodes J21 A20 then up to Rouen for cheapest diesel at Super U.
Wednesday night at Chez Jo, Hautvillers on the N1 just north of Abbeville. Maybe meet Craig 111? and any other familiar faces for great meal from the open fire.
Leave the caravan in his back yard, can’t take it on the tri, and up to the port for the 1030 sailing.
Up to Nottingham to see friends and family then Friday off to ■■■■■■■ via Manchester to pick up the camp bed I bought on e-bay for the dogs. (Yes, I know, super indulgent).
Back down again Sunday, 2 nights in Nottingham, load up the washing machine I bought on e-bay (hope it fits) and the power adapter for my digicam I bought on …yes, you get the picture, and down to Dover to catch the 1445 tri which lands us neatly back at Chez Jo Tuesday 24th. Wednesday Marie’s again. Thursday prise the babies away from the other 20 odd dogs Anna has, hope Match my spaniel hasn’t been too threatening to those Irish wolfhounds again, and at last chez nous. Bliss.
Anyone in any of those locations who wants a bit of a yarn over an excellent meal make yourselves known to the bearded bloke with the Saxo and plastic rabbit hutch.

Er, the bed rolls down all neatlike. It’s the machine that could be the problem. I have measured everything up and it should be ok, but just in case I am taking a top box if everything else needs shoving up there. And if that doesn’t work, I can always put the box in the car and the machine on the roof 
Now then, where the hell can I put those dogs on the last lap home
Fran could end up with a greyhound and spaniel on her lap. Or, perhaps if Fran went in the topbox …

Dunno about the greyhound but I would have thought the spaniel would be a good fit in the washing machine drum, a sort of double glazed kennel.

Off again on Sunday. Shipping out from one of the northern ports. Then on Monday, across to the German border. Most of Europe, Germany included, is on holiday on Monday which means a driving ban for HGV’s, so I’ll be parking up for the rest of the day ready to set off for East Germany fairly early o Tuesday. I’m reloading near Koburg and heading back, hopefully catching the boat on Wednesday night and getting back to the yard by Thursday afternoon.
No ferries for me anymore 
Off up to Edinburgh way in the morning for Monday 09.00am, got 5 drops, finish in Aberdeen.

Do hope you don’t mean that literally Malc! It seems unlikely if you’re heading for Nantes, my frequent old stamping ground, but you never know and you know where I’ll be.
