doesn’t a weeks holiday automatically count as 48, and doesn’t a weeks ADR course count the same?

I know it is bollards, but Im sure that is how they interpret it

Thats the one, Truckette - its called Kwan Yick (I think) Not as bad as 2 I had today, though. 1st one was on Stafford Technology Park, but fortunately I got in there at 8 and was coming out at 0815 before the cars started arriving to block me in there. 2nd one was Culceth Provisions just outside Warrington - had to drive through the car park and then partially block the exit whilst unloading - definitely not designed for artics

Yup,it is Kwan Yick…I used to go there a lot when I worked at N.Dentressangle.
I work at the brewery at Magor now…v.v.easy work & only rarely get difficult tips now,but when we do, they are right mares! :open_mouth:
Have an easy peasy day tomorrow…Sainsburys Bristol & Sommerfield Taunton…hmmmmm, tacho’s gonna be showing a shedload of POA tomorrow!

I don’t know about the ADR but those in the office (who are supposed to know these things) assured me that a week’s holiday counts as whatever hours you’re guaranteed. As we are guaranteed 45 hours, a week’s hols at our place counts as 45. However, they also reckon that if we only work 40 hours (and guaranteed 45, remember) then it only counts as what we’ve worked - i.e. 40 hours even though we are paid 45.

Work that one out. What a load of ■■■■■■■■.

And i suppose paul thinks that is funny
