What do you wear on your feet when driving

Dashboard

socks on a long run…but no good pulling the boots on while sat in the squash zone behind a truck on the hard shoulder,so only on long runs.
in the summer i try to wear sandals as much as poss, but in our line of work you have to guard your feet…have dropped steel on my booted foot and smashed the bones on the top of my foot(some special name-but forgotten now)…it was ok till they cut the boot off in hospital… :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth:
i use odour eaters in my work boots,as 14 hrs in a pair of boots they are needed and they work well…odour eaters last about a month…boots last about 3 months max…always have good quality ones too(use dewalt ones at the moment but used to have cat ones-they were best).

Steel toe capped ballet shoes so i can practice without having to change.

Try ARCO in Mallusk mate. I got a good pair of Trojan trainers a couple of years ago and they are still going strong.

Size 13 Doc Marten Steel Caps.

Can drive all day in them no bother, did my training wearing them too. Never drive the wagon wearing anything else, except occasionally riggers. Unless they’re really filthy I usually drive the car to and fro in 'em too.
