Bedford ambulance,seen at Welland.
Old Foden with a jib on the back end, seen at Welland.
I think Graham who started the Hereford thred, drove for these at one time.
I drove a couple of twin axle versions of this Austin FG when I was 19/20,fair play they were horrible gutless little lorries, but as they were meant for municipal work, the sort of mileage we were doing with them didn’t give them a chance.
No disrespect to the owner of the FG,a bit more of a lorry here, this AEC looks the proper job.
ERF with a modification on the fifth wheel, unless someone knows otherwise .
A beaver tailed Bedford TJ,seen at Welland.
Have to admit.I don’t know what make this left ■■■■■■ is.

Hi Andrew,

Cheers Dave.

Hi John,
You are probably right, thinking about it R C Jeffrey do run some Bedfords on the vintage circuit. No much difference between a Austin K series the Birmingham Bedford and the O type.
Cheers Dave.

Your right there Dave I drove one on coal for a while, the poor little thing was overloaded most of it’s time, but your right it was a horrible gutless little lorry, I never drove one but they did a six pot with a little bonnet sticking out the front, I was told they went well, but can only think it would have been just as horrible to drive, just will a little more power.
cheers
John.

I think you are right John, looking at it,I would say on second thoughts it is a Bedford,a bit higher from the bulkhead to the top of the windscreen.
Cheers Dave.
A few classic vans from Welland.
A Standard ten.
A pick up conversion,by the look of it.
A pick up truck.
