Okay got an interview at waitrose tomorrow

Anyone got any idea what to expect

Been told its a group one, so i have know idea what to expect
I have never had an interview in my life,
always just rocked up to the traffic office and spoke with either the TM or owner to get jobs in the past lol
also should i wear jeans (smart casual) OR trouser and a shirt ■■?

Don’t know about the specific job, but always wear trousers and shirt to an interview - never jeans. Especially as it sounds like a formal structured interview.

Don’t know just said you are invited to a group interview■■? 
I’d try and check - if just interview then shirt/tie/trousers as a minimum I’d say with it being a large company.

would hate to have an outfit clash lol 
9.45 and was going to wear a little off the shoulder number but unfortunately my mate who I work nights with has rung in sick with the flu.
So now I got to finish at 6 and drive up from Oxford to Leyland for quarter to ten,so Im afraid they will have to take my “attire” as it comes.
So if you see an old black omega bowling up the M6 please turn a blind eye mr plod.
Figure if I keep my overalls on and by some chance I get the job,I can just jump in a unit and run it up for MOT eh? hee hee.

Waitrose at Bracknell certainly have high standards of personal appearance, so I would advise shirt and trousers.

i would imagine waitrose to be big on appearance as there are part of the John Lewis Partnership i would be expecting some team based exercises and questions such as when was the last time you went above and beyond your job expectations to get the job done large companys use sycological profiling in there interviews ( forgive the spelling ) so be readdy for questions you may feel have any relevence to the position your applying for

My mate had one a while ago and had to do roll play and all sorts of things.

If it was me Id wear my workwear 
shirt n tie if your going for job at Stobarts

Quite right, when working you will need to wear a tie so may as well show them you know how to tie one. Remember, 17% of salary bonus this year.
