Here´s the second F10 I got to drive in 1981. On this photo I´m loading paper rolls in Geithus, Norway the same year. I was the only one having anything extra on the lorry… can you find what it is? :stuck_out_tongue:

Hi!

Here is another F-Volvo, together with an Mercedes LPS 2224, cuttet down to an 1624 in Puerto Montt, Southern Chile in 2002.

Best regards

This Volvo is probably imported from Sweden, the colour looks like an ex ASG

I’m sure it is ex-sweden.
Peru, Bolivia and Chile are full of imported Volvo F/FH, Mercedes NG/SK/Actros and so on.

Cheers

I got a new articulated tractor like this in 1983, but mine had intercooler… a very comfortable motor. Since it had been a “show truck” it was red like the one at the photo, so it looked a bit odd in the fleet among all the blue trucks until it was repainted two years later.

It was a completely different cab from the earlier ones, 1983 it became 15 cm higher at the back and 5 cm bigger window… (I´ve never learned the inch system I´m afraid) :stuck_out_tongue:

This is an example of the “economy-version” built in portugal.

Here is a homemade movie with a lot of F 12 and one F89 and some Scania.
They are talking swedish but the swedish people talking at the countryside in Ostrobotnia Finland.
