They grab a vehicle, possibly complete with trailer loaded with 2 great boxes, and disappear; As yet the outfit has not been traced.It is now possibly sitting at Frankfurt-en-Oder waiting to go to its new home in Poland, Roumania, or Bulgaria. Thick?? I don,t think so.
What i meant is, with the big words going across the front they would not even think about taking them off and yes some offenders are not thick but some are!! as i know from experience

Today i was on the A15 heading back to the nick when i saw a scania the same as yours, i followed it and did a check and it come back ok!! the reg i was behind was BX06 HKU. I will keep an eye out when out and about

Possibly, either “assisting the police with their enquiries”. or Still trying to explain to the Boss/Insurance Company, where he was between the hours of 2030 on Monday the 18th of May, and 0430 on Tuesday 19th of May. While his waggon stood in a layby on the side of a road ,somewhere in Essex; Probably un-attended, prior to being nicked.
As "farmer " says, his pc is probably now being used by the “thickoes”, who, having covered up the Pentalver logo on the front grill,prior to driving off; Could now be in any one of the many scrapyards in Essex, either dismantling BF52JYN, or giving it a nice new paint job. ( Possibly even a Stobart “wrap”).With a view to setting up a nice little earner in the “Nick u,r Plant” business.
On Tappy,s behalf, I would be pleased to be proved wrong.

don’t want to offend anyone but this seems really dodgy… pic taken the same night … why ■■? if it was because of the load then surly driver would of taken pic when he loaded it…vehicle left unattended… ■■? well not being funny but that was asking for trouble…
a mate had his truck stolen from colechester 3 years ago with a loaded box on the back… he also left it unattended… this truck has never been seen since… and insurance did not pay out because he shouldn’t of left vehicle unattended and not in a secure parking area…

Not so much upset by it Mickey. Just did not think that it should be applied to people who can have a Waggon and Trailer away, possibly to a value of £100,000.Which has so far not been traced. Attached to which were 2 boxes, which if as has been suggested might contain, perhaps 25 ton of copper cable of a total value of somewhere near in excess of £50,000. 
People like that can be called many things. “Thick” is in my humble opinion, not one of them.
I am not surprised that Tappy has gone quiet on this. As the vehicle was apparently left unattended for 8 hours, between the hours already stated, then someone, Either Tappy or his Boss is facing a very major financial loss. 
I’m a little dismayed by some of the presumptious comments that have been added to this thread so far.
Nobody knows whether the wagon was left unattended, neither does anyone know for certain what was in the timber boxes on the back. For all any of us knows, Tappy could’ve been thumped over the head, slung out of the wagon and left at the roadside in the dark, not knowing what had happened to him until later.
A sobering thought, best left for everyone to ponder over before any more salacious conclusions are jumped-to.

What & been out cold for exactly 8 hours 
, i do understand what your point is marky in relation to some comments posted.
But it seems that the wagon has been left unattended, maybe he was parked up for an hour waiting for a lift & then 2030 till 0430 would of been the rest of his 9 hrs off. But if he had of been attacked & only realised at 0430 im sure the last thing you would think of doing would be going on trucknet at 0519am to post a thread due to the traumatic situation he would of been through, i must agree with others on here that it does not all add up( the photo etc…). But the man himself has not been on here to set the record straight since posting has he.
