A regular weekly rest is an unbroken 45 hours

Anything less than 45 but more than 24 is a reduced

A reduced does not turn into a regular when it is compensated for

Fair enough dominic. You had the sense to seek out the answer instead of just taking their word for it and that was the right thing to do. Read over the regulations then read them again and again. If unsure about something then ask on here( like you did ) ROG, Tachograph and other’s will keep you right.
