There’s been some very valid comments from several posters, but I’d like to just remind everybody that it’s the same for all of us. 
Not by way of complaint, but I do a lot of ‘behind the scenes’ stuff, which takes a ridiculous amount of my time when TN is running slowly, so I have to be as patient as I’m asking everybody else to be.
The good news is that the gaffers at DVV Media (TN’s owners) are now actually dealing with it.
I will update you all on this thread, and there’ll be a board-wide announcement once we have the details.

Just to clarify things for you… TN does not charge any membership fee, so it’s as free for you to use now as it was before you installed (and paid for) whatever it is that you installed and paid for.
