No, he did that himself. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but his petulant outburst on here show what he’s really like.
This thread was a perfect opportunity to shut his critics up, instead, because of his behaviour, he has more.
My opinion of the thread hasnt changed and I still think it was very ott with the abuse but Barrie hasn’t exactly shown himself to be mature by moaning that Rikki and the admins didnt keep control of the thread and just let people post things willy nilly. They have censored people and deleted threads/posts in the past and he went whinging they had done so and demanded an open Q & A so its a bit rich to moan now that he wasn’t given any protection from the admins. Can’t have it both ways Barrie mate
Both sides of the arguments on this thread are guilty of double standards but I think this might be head and shoulders above the rest!

Has Barrie consulted Solicitors as Barrie or PDU…?
And do we all need to send him £5 to fund his legal team…?
So he now gets the “solicitors” stick out and cries about defamation of character and with hus bottom lip wobbling wails about screenshots and copyright.
Mr Tozer I would strongly advise against such an action after admitting on a Public forum about screenshots being taken of comments made against you in another form of digital communication. Also publicly naming people and blaming them for your downfall in your last meltdown. It cuts both ways.

I like to think I was one of the few who tried to support Barrie in this Q&A session up until recent revelations anyway. We have to remember Barrie was posting as himself no hidden names, he laid himself open to critique and it could be argued there was a lot of venomous replies aimed in his direction. Im not privy to all Barries previous history so felt very concerned too many personal attacks where coming his way, obviously not concerned enough to report any posts as that not what I do.
Barrie can learn a lot from this thread especially the pack mentality of open discussion, to be a leader of men he will encounter situations similar albeit less intense in future debates no doubt.
Whether lawyered up or not Barrie wont be back to engage so its unfair to continue baiting him.

I get bogged down with detail like that myself. Thats exactly what i thought when i read his “solicitor” post.
Now Barrie runs a “rate your employer” page.
Barrie doesn’t appear to extend the same consideration to drivers in sofar as he doesn’t like a “rate your representative” opinion.

After Barrie bid his farewells you still had to dig and dig at him for 3 pages I give him full credit for trying and putting up with history comments - if you have NEVER made a mistake in your life continue to post!! If you have made a mistake, just think briefly and wonder whether you can apologise, move on and improve!
He said he was advised by his solicitor not to make any more comments. THAT’S ALL HE SAID!!! At no point did he mention suing any person whatsoever Where did that come from 
I wish people would actually READ AND UNDERSTAND what they are replying to and don’t invent/misread things.
