I would describe Ang as a pocket dynamo the work she is capable of getting through
is marvellous and very pleasant to talk to, at Geordie truckers do’s she is able to be
on the same terms as all the male drivers, she knows what she’s talking about and is
always made welcome. I remember my mate on his first visit to the “do” at the club
in Newcastle made the mistake of asking her how she would go on roping and sheet-
ing she sharp put him in his place.

Now here is another problem having a corset made ( by a mate ) she is now having problems with the pattern due to my height & other measurements we may be resorting to shrink wrap & gaffer tape to make it fit she has described me as a dwarf HGV driver

Can Mothercare not come up with something to fit you Ange, there must be SOMETHING available to strap stroppy youngster’s into buggies etc? 
A pet shop might be another idea as they sometimes stock special jackets for doggies with back trouble, I think that they contain a Flea repellent as well…

Well “riggers” apart from a constant “■■■■■■■ Buzz” in my lugholes my hearing is
quite normal I think ear plugs would be a better bet than a hearing aid for me.

Thank goodness for that, a lass with curves in all the right places! 
No wonder old Harry goes ‘all unneccesary’ on the forum following those North East Driver’s reunions… Joking apart, I needed a corset for a while when I had bad back trouble and the Hospital made me one. It wasn’t very comfortable though and I went to a local sports shop who sold me a belt type support which was a lot better as my problem was in my lower back which the corset seemed to miss.
Of course I might have that totally wrong, you actually have no aches or pains at all and just wanted to stir the old lads up with talk of corsetery…suspender’s…silk stockings…high heels…

don’t go getting yourself in a lather pete , stockings and sussies were overrated , made a difficult task nigh impossible unless the lass was keen . anyway my mrs reckons my ■■■ drive has gone up a lot , it’s gone up to my head ! a cup of tea holds more attraction these days , cheers , dave .

They were well before my time really Dave, me having led a sheltered life and being young etc! You did right staying single, why buy a whole library when you only want to borrow a book occasionally, too late for me now though. Anyway let’s hope that Ange gets herself fixed up OK.
