There are two f86’s sitting in a yard in Nicosia, still look like they are being used, but not much. Everytime I go there i forget to take the camera (pr*ck),note to self must try harder.
I am restoring a Daf 2800 1st Generation DKS and have many parts through to the XF for Dafs so happy to help - I may have a Gearbox and the engines are everywhere for sale on export pages. What Daf is it? I need a Wing

I have tried harder today and managed to get some pic’s of the F86’s they are consecutive registrations and look like they have not been used for a day or two.
Hiya…the 2 blue f86,s long wheel base double drive look a bit like the London brick self stack bodies especially with
that dog eared head board. the self stacker made up the head board, the crane run on heavy duty side rails.
John
Yeah they could be… it is unusual for them to re-paint there trucks here though (Previously red I guess) even the interior doors have been painted. The CB on the registration dates them from late 80’s to early 90’s here in North Cyprus.
There’s a Mk 3 AEC 8 wheeler for sale on E-bay. Needs a lot of work, but she’s got new woodwork in the cab and two engines. Standing at £1600.
I wish I had a shilling for every mile I travelled in one - I could buy it. Jim.
