Thats a super spot marra. The Scania R Toplines are based at Didcot (within Pirelli Tyres)
There are 15 black Scanias (all based at Didcot), and they do work on General Haulage after the F1 season is over

I’m not 100% sure the what Astran got to do with the truck but they posted it on there fb page

After a bit of looking up this vehicle, PO62 XPH is a Stobart owned Scania R Series Drawbar, which according to two of my marras and the ESL club website, has a name and a fleet number.

gosney11, Stobarts drawbars are SDC trailers and Scania chassies, as dew says, but the construction of the drawbars is done by Drawbar Engineering Ltd of Carlisle (a Stobart owned business).
