Has anyone been to the LIchfield Tesco DC? Going next week and just after any info on how it’s conducted and anything that is particularly looked for please.
Would usually go suited & booted for interview but with a work assessment then drive was wondering whether to take change of clothes or go in smart casual carring work boots.

Just go smart casual you"ll look a bit of a ■■■ climbing in the truck suited and booted,you"ll need to be bang on for the drivers hours regs.its no where as hard to get on tesco as it was in the past as the new contracts are no where as good as the older ones…At dagenham weve had many many new starters leave quickly and go back to general haulage .Personally i feel that the anti social nature of the job is not reflected in the new pay deals
