why didn’t you offer to help him fix the problem?
didn’t you offer to lend him your wheel brace?
A bit late for the wheelbrace Phil, the wheel has been on the move and fubared the studs by making them flex, one has already failed with metal fatigue and the rest won’t be so far behind.

The indicators are all over the place they all must be loosening up! Deary me, company reputation well dented on trucknet
Company reputation dented ■■? Why because the muppet driving it never did his checks properly ■■? Should the company see that I have no doubt the said driver would be straight out the door unless he had a ■■■■ good excuse, like he had a puncture and wheel change less than 50km ago for example.

Think for the company reputation to get dented, it’d be more likely by this…
nut loose
ooh err snapped stud more like
the Isuzu i had was always showing witness marks
but the nuts were always tight when i checked with the TORQUE wrench
over tightening nuts causes snapping
wire brush studs and ‘lightly oil’ before replacing nuts

you’re probably right, but it’s got to be worth giving it a go.

You would probably find that the stud holes in the wheel will have ovalled and so require a new wheel.
