Do you drive on it?Especially driving alone at night?
How does it feel?
Blue Bell Hill in Kent (the A229) is haunted too (for those who believe in that sort of thing)

I did a few nights out there over the years, but never knew about it’s reputation. Never any issues, but I do sleep very deeply.!!

having stayed in stocksbridge for a few years before moving further down the valley the stocksbridge bypass monk has amused the locals for years, even the myth about the little children dancing around the electric pylon on a misty night just off the bypass brings out the tales.
i personally never seen the monk or the little children in the time in the times i drive over there
A few miles from where I live and just beside the A15 were/are the old plague pits where they during the plague (no, not Covid) they dumped the bodies of plague victims from Lincoln and Nottingham areas. There reputedly is some form of ghoul who haunts the A15 and is known as The Ruskington horror”. I’ve never seen it but I have bumped into Abi Titmuss (google her) who hails from Ruskington.

The A75 or Ghost Road is supposed to be the most haunted road in Scotland.
iv’e personally not seen any ghosts, but i have seen quite a lot of arse*ole’s driving on it
The human mind is very inquisitive,as wel as susceptible, and wants to believe, and wants to confirm what it believes. And our subconscious plays tricks on us all the time. Ghost stories are just that, stories. Most ghost stories concern a regular, very detailed apparition or event, but it never occurs when somebody looks for it, nor can it ever be recorded.
There are things that we dont fully understand, yet, and those are invariably explained as either visiting Aliens, or ghosts.
The current Mrs Donkey was a fervent believer in spirits and the like, and used to occasionally go seances and such, and was convinced that she was getting messages or signs from death relatives. It will be no surprise that an entrance fee had to be forfeited to participate in those events…
A local “castle” hotel is allegedly haunted by a few ghosts, and holds regular evenings and overnight events, where you get a dinner and breakfast, and a tour of the castle, and its haunted sites. We went to one, and without going into the long and boring details, most of the “paranormal” events were purely subjective, and tenuous at best. They had an ouija board session, where Mrs Donkey was convinced that she was getting a message, and had to walk away. That struck me at the time, because I could not explain it. Some time later however, it turned out that the message could not have been from the person she thought. The occasion convinced me even more, that all these seances, and ghost hunting programmes, are playing on the gullible mind. At best as harmless entertainment, at worst as no beter than scamming people out of money.

Yeah, I still would
just googled her n yeah i can see why
yup, if she plays her cards right tonight in town that lucky lady could very well be going home with first prize
while back i lived next door to one of those spiritualist churches, where the believers turned up each tues arvo while the leader performed his tricks.I never saw anything at any of the windows when the place was closed, surely if it was the home of spirits i would have seen something. One strange thing was somebody kept leaving these little voodoo dolls on the lower window sills at the back of the church ,the leader used to clear them away regularly . Had a look on Ebay at the time, the dolls are sold there in sets
