What sort of a top speed has she got and have you ever tried her loaded ■■, not since the new rear wings was put on i don’t suppose but in he days when she was a working motor, bet those rear mudstoppers cost a few bob to manufacture and what a motor, will she ever come “up North” to let us up here have a look-see, a credit to you.

thank you very much for your opinion .i really value your opinion more than most as living in florida you would see peterbilt’s every day,so when you tell me mine looks good it really means alot to me .in my opinion the alloy rear wings have totally transformed the look of my truck and enhanced it no end.recently i went out in the lashing down rain on the m4 at speed,thanks to the new rear wings,there was minimal spray,so i hope not to have guys on motorbikes giving me the “coffee” gesture anymore when i pass them in the wet .

thanks for your comments .the gearing is very high,she will only sit comfortably in top @ 70+ mph,the top speed would be well over 100mph.no i have never been out loaded.the guy i bought it from in west virginia had it new in 1983 and put just over 3 million miles on it .so she has done her tour of duty.he told me he had been all over the states with her.his wife told me he was crying when he left the truck in baltimore to be shipped to europe.i travel all over with it so,you never know? there used to be some good events in the north east when i had my volvo’s,the north of england run and the anglo-scottish,which was the old commercial motor test route.sadly both these events are no more

Disgusting!!! Mr.Cooper,I hope you realise that Harry Gill won’t be able to sleep to-night!!! It will bring back memories of when he used to stay in “The Smoke” and it was Birds like these he used to have a drink with in boozers various,around the east end!! I recognise the one on the left my-self! but as “I were only a lad” it was blokes like “H” they gave the “glad eye to”!!! Nice shots all the same Andrew!! Cheers Dennis.
