hi paul as amatter of intrest did you have your own truck or drive for somebody i subbed for mc donalds ,i bought 1633 merc rth 543y off joints did a bit of subbing with them then went off on bulk work also did work for ryan s before getting in with wimpeys running out of cornelly quarry running dust to bsc.

hi john,give my regards to norman.i,m not clever enough with the pc to put them on mate.if some one wants to meet me and borrow them it,ll be great if they put them on but i cant.i,m only an old trucker man.some my era cant even use the pc.theres some cracking photos on here of joints as you say.i got one of sid evans,len tyler,reg, and phil oreilly when we were on a mini cruise to denmark.also on that trip is one of ian underill looking well ■■■■■■■■■ had a good time that wekend.one of me sid and acouple of the lads i cant believe how young i look.it was a force 10 gale and sid and me were enjoying it.ask hywel in work if he remembers it he was there.i got some of my F12 with keedwell too.some of blue line boys,dixie,p[ete amesbury etc.if i see martyn ill ask him if he can put them on here.enjoy your meal mate.ade.

Hi guys, Ref Evans and Williams Transport. They were not taken over by Mansel Davies but were taken over by P&O. Most of their wagons did go to Mansel Davies as P&O brought in new ones. P&O eventually pulled out of letterston and now Mansel Davies have the yard. The picture of the Foden is great. This was the last wagon my now father in Law painted for Evans and Williams While he worked there.

hi all,
had a brilliant time at the 2011 season opener at malvern.this event is going from strength to strength.when myself,danny thomas and my mate stan got there yesterday evening there were dozens of others all ready there and the usual diesel/■■■■ up was in full swing,so it seemed rude not to join in the party spirit 
.this morning,when sober .stan and i parked our trucks inside the shed as part of the indoor steel boys display.paul john,these photos are for you mate,to keep you in touch with the uk truck show scene.
