did you get your wiring fault sorted graham down at scania cheers martyn.(blowing fuses.)

cenin concrete on stormy down.

hello martyn.
yes they sorted it in no time, just connected their box of tricks up to truck and basically they found it was an abs control wire for the trailer that caused the 5 amp fuse to blow, the boy that repaired your truck repaired mine,i think he will go places as he has a genuine interest in all he does.
regards graham.

komatsu 450:

What’s the saying…what floats yer boat… have to admit I’m a MAN fan but that one does it for me, I would love to be the proud driver of that, what a nice looking bit of kit, a credit to It’s owner and driver.

Evening all, love this thread, but its all gone a bit “modern " for me! Any one remember Lew Lewis, the “coil carrier king”?Worked for Highway Multiwheeler Trailers, of Eastleigh. Must have sold coilers to just about everybody in South Wales, 60s70s Best coil carrier ever■■? Stan Ross, once drank a very young” Saviem" under the table, at Cardiff cattle market, and when I eventually got back to the Black Country with the Atkinson that I had purchased, well in daylight she really looked a very different motor, (and sounded so)!!! Used to be a very nice Italian Restaurant in Penarth, great food wine and ambiance, but oh I did buy some rough motors after supping there!! Is Percy Parishs Willowdene still going?? Great mechanics, and the coldest, cleanest toilets in the principality!! Oh such happy, (if expensive) memories, Cheerio.
