Your Right Spud1960, we used hire quite a lot of there tanks, mainly for short term storage on"t Plant at Geigy"s T/Pk This Is a Piccof one of there tanks transferring at Urmston Dept TF Cheers Chris

Thanks, that’ll do for now! I see that picture was taken at the factory. My wife worked as secretary to the Myers directors for 20-odd years. Knowing my interest in old lorries, they offered her their last Bedford (yard shunter) as it was due for scrapping and they’d rather have seen it preserved, but she turned it down as we really weren’t in a position to take it on at the time. Pity!

Found this on t’internet, sorry it’s not the real thing but thought you might like it. Made by EFE, cat. no 24001, it was released in 1997 and is 1:76 (00) scale.
