Hi Harry, I used to work with Sean at Sea Route in Southampton in the late 70,s.
Nice bloke and handy to run with to Italy back then, cos me being a bit of a novice
at the time and struggling with the lingo, Sean seemed to be fluent, so made life easier.
I believe he drove for SCA before SRF and later I think he became an owner driver
with a Scania 111 pulling for Pereco in Spain, and finishing his driving career with
Comptons fron Poole.

Ps…just remembered Sean did a spell at Southern Transport in Southampton as well.

I like the T.I.R plate on the bumper.driver looks cool in his shades :smiley:


I used to like Robirch pies,my waistline proves it!!


Yuill and Dodds always work their lorries hard ,this 113 is no exception.


I met Brian a few times,really nice man, always had time for a chat ,sadly missed :frowning:

Good stuff as usual from you Marc. Always good to read about Brian Harris, a proper lorry man, no suit and collar & tie for him. I read the book about him,very interesting read.
