Hi my mate LB76.
No offence. Yes it was an ad as you had posted many pages back and you had wrote “Here is another satisfied customer” and the ad chowed a Scania and sure any as had his hand on the steering wheel. But how could you know he was satisfied. The ad was talking about the cab. “Scania has the cabin you wish to have”
Then “A good word on the way out”.
I understand Danish and Norwegian language to households need so to speak Therefore I react on your talking. But have I wrote to wrong person so my apologies.
Thank you
Lars-Gunnar

0No problem Lars-Gunnar, no problem at all, i was just at a loss to understand your meaning! i know . And it is very difficult when you are speaking in a language that is not your mother tongue, and the English are perhaps amongst the worst in the world for not speaking any other language apart from their own! but a slong as we get the meaning in the end no matter eh? I jusy enjoy seeing all the different photo’s from around the world that you can find on here especially the one from Scandinavia , all the best Bill
Yes, but English language is not worst. Try learning Swedish with its grammar. I think you would begin to cry if you were trying. I’m deaf but I will learn so much English I can. Many good home pages are in English. I will look after any photo but I think I have most of Volvo and they aren’t my own so I can not publish them. But of source you are right. You have a advantage as you talk end write your mothers tongue. But only ask if you don’t understand No problem for me.
Thank you
Lars-Gunnar
Lars-Gunnar, your English is understandable, far more understandable than my Swedish anyway
Many of us have had a conversation in a mix of languages with a driver from another country

That 140 a couple of pics above is absolutely stunning, not normally three colours you’d put together, but it works very well, I have forwarded a link to it to Santa Claus, I’ve been a good boy this year, so fingers crossed
Bill the "Ole Larsen " 140 looks excellent and I have never been a scan fan
cheers Johnnie

Danish painters & decorators etc. have to go to college before they are allowed to practice their trade .They are taught which colour works with which.
Danish painters is very talent. How many beautifully Scania and Volvos have they not coloured? Lorrys as is colourless I.e. white is not interesting. But the Danish painters have found their own way and many Scanias is undeliverable nice. But I think It cost a lot.

'orrible trailer configuration, drawbar too short, wheelbase too long.Keep the truck -dump the trailer.
It must be a typical TIR combination from Sweden?
