Could the word s ex be taken off the censored words list.
The word by itself is an everyday word that’s not in anyway offensive to anyone.

A day or so ago the auto censor barred “dog” being used between “Pavlov” and “style” 
I’m wondering if it will also ban “missionary”? I expect it will already be programmed to step in if I type “■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■”

It could be tempting for the terminally bored (as an alternative to watching YouTube vids) to adopt the reverse strategy we had as 10/11 year olds back in my day, of looking through the dictionary to find “rude words” , and instead having found the words, run a gamut of them through the autocensor to see what is picked up adn what passes.

(A) It is (I thought clearly) intended for humorous purposes only, and,
(B) I thought this was a thread arguing against unnecessary censorship?
Given that (as far as I can tell) every secondary-school age kid is aware of p-orn hub’s existence, I’m not certain who you’re trying to “protect”? Do many under-elevens browse TN?
If admin think it’s appropriate to remove the link, I’ve no problem with that, (Edit, they have done so now) but considering some people would litter their posts with four letter expletives if they could, I don’t see it as hugely problematic
That could prove a little more problematic/controversial, that’ll have to be decided further up the totem pole than I reside.
There is a clear and obvious difference between trying to post expletives and auto censor dodging and posting pron links, but I think you already knew that and were testing boundaries possibly?
dog in itself is not censored, adding the word style after it obviously suggests other connotations than just speaking about mans best friend possibly friends with benefits but definitely not pooches!

No, I was just merely trying to be humorous in my own way, as I believed ought to have been clear to anyone from the broader context of the post.
You can be as humorous as you like just as long as it’s within the forum rules and guidelines, the link wasn’t so it went.

The post was CLEARLY intended to convey the meaning “in the style of Pavlov’s dogs” and CLEARLY not anything to do with positions of coitus
I just noticed that if you are replying to a post and quote the original text, you get the censored words revealed in the quote code while composing.

Obviously those who have composed this list of ‘naughty’ words have a filthy mind, and have confused it with (one of the many😃) slang nouns for the female sex organ.
