Could the forum be set up so the autocensor works to anyone viewing without an account, but have a opt out option for each user account so most can view all posts in their unaltered glory?
I doubt it, part of its role is to foil pedos and sex slave traders etc…

Act like adults you’ll get treated as such.
There are many more I’d like to remove but had to show some restraint, I’ll try to make this an ongoing review process.

Pointing to how many more of the same type of words and phrases are still on… ‘the list’.
I just find it ridiculous, especially on a forum used by (mostly) hard assed no nonsence truckers as opposed to a forum for the likes of camp ballet dancers.

There are still 772 words or phrases on that list I have removed 24 so far, at least a third of those would only be inappropriate if you were teaching your toddler to talk, as far as I’m aware TNUK isn’t on the pre-schoolers curriculum.
Don’t get me wrong there’s plenty of words and phrases on there that are wholly inappropriate on a family forum, in our yard anything goes though. 
Of course I’ve done all this without consulting my higher ups so if I get binned you know why…
