What happened to the Mr & Mrs Rocket who went to Canada are they back in the UK

Ron is working on a pig farm now, after going back to BFS. Not sure where Ria is working right now. But they are still here and still happy with their lot.

Only after getting a number of PMās from serious job hunters did he backtrack (after a few people rightly got a little upset) and edit his post days later to āThis is just a wind upā.

At the end of the day you created this post in the hope of mocking/slagging off a particular couple who have given it a real go in another country. What is it that you do for a living?

A question was asked and answered, after that this thread has denegerated into a slagging off session more suited to a primary school playground. Either stop it, or be prepared to have future posts be put on pre-moderation. The admin team have enough to do without babysitting threads like this. 
rikki while i dont know the rockets i dont think i would like it if my name was the title of a thread the purpose of which seemed to mock,belittle and take joy in someones misfortune ,or hoped for misfortune,by the original poster.by others accounts these people moved thousands of miles away and are earning a living by honest means.do they deserve to be laughed at for that ?
I agree with Glenman. If not, what actually WAS the purpose of the thread in the first place?
Trust me ,I am watching this thread and others, and certain posters if they dont reign themselves in will find that every post they try to make are held in a queue and will have to be approved when the admin staff have time- and we are busy people - it may take a while , In the meantime- lets keep this forum on track and on subject. and leave out the personal digs at folks.
Oh and one more thing, trolls do what they do to get a response, dont feed the troll, they go elsewhere.

The Rockets did what they did to get out of the UK. They got out and are now living thier own version of the dream that many have. They are here, in Canada, and are living a happier way than many in the UK. They get to do what they choose and there is always someone who will try to knock it around. I imagine they care very little. Why should they?

I think some are being a bit hard on Steveo. He asked a perfectly sensible and interesting question and got a perfectly sensible and interesting answer. Unfortunately the answer left a wide open door to a humourous comment, which duly appeared. So whatās wrong with that?
I am interested in the Rocketsā progress but am not above a bit of humour now and again, strikes me it doesnāt take much to make some people kick off.
Of course, as I donāt read or participate much in here these days (mainly because of the previous sentence), I am not aware of Steveoās hinted at previous form, but on this occasion I think the reaction was misplaced.
