If I’m reading this correctly… why is this even a debate??
Please don’t shoot the messenger
That was said, but then others were saying it’s got nothing to do with giving way to people on the right. There is no road on the right of Car A and Car B is cutting across the path of Car A.

Just remember, some people are thicker than concrete…
Almost:
There is no road on the right of Car A and Car B is cutting across the path of Car A.
There is a road to the right of Car A. It may not be exactly to the right but it’s still there, just a bit further round, and traffic will be approaching from the right of Car A.
But you said they arrive at the roundabout at the same time so Car A can crack on because you give way to traffic on the roundabout and Car B isn’t on the roundabout if he gets there at same time as Car A so its a case of who blinks first.
Both arriving at the same time should mean they can both crack on because Car A will have a shorter route than Car B and be able to do it quicker so they should both be able to perform their respective manoeuvre without hitting each other.
If you are in that situation and it develops into a Mexican stand-off with both vehicles sitting there, evaluate your opponent, decide who has bigger bollicks and that one goes first.
On the subject of priorities on mini roundabouts should tell some of the car drivers in Swindon after trying to get across the magic roundabout jeez lol
Is it clear ? Yes oh err no bugger lol sod it I’m off its madness I tell you at 8am

Never tried that one in anything larger than an MPV…
Can’t really understand the question, mainly as I can’t be arsed to try and work it out as I get bored easy.
I suspect you mean a situation where you meet a car on a mini and both of you are in effect on each others right, so it’s a 50/50 ball situation, so just use common sense and care.
If I’m way off the mark just ignore me and don’t bother trying to explain it again, life’s too short, and I’m bored with it already.
btw. Why not keep your Fri debates for football, women, and cars, it,s more interesting .

Maybe in the case of a four way exit roundabout in which both are turning right. But in this case only one is turning right and/or it’s a three way exit with in either case one turning right and one going straight ahead.Which by the usual rules applying to roundabouts will make it the vehicle going straight ahead gives way to traffic turning/approaching from the right.
IE in the case of two vehicles turning right at a 4 way mini roundabout from opposite directions it is effectively the same thing as no roundabout being there at all. While in the case of one going left or straight ahead and one turning right from the opposite directions the roundabout effectively reverses the priorities as they’d apply at a non roundabout controlled junction.Which wouldn’t apply under the old French etc idea of give way to traffic entering a roundabout in which case it would be the vehicle going straight ahead which would have the priority.
It’s the same layout in swindon,if the cars don’t indicate they are fair game in my book
I suppose most Lgv drivers know you should not signal off a mini roundabout.
Mini roundabouts need to be treated differently to ordinary ones.
Unfortunately some make up their own rules.
