We should take control of our border. The French have proved themselves useless at it. Illegals caught are left to roam free to do it again and again instead of being deported to their first port of entry.We should have border agency on every ship coming into our ports and every lorry checked before they dock this could be done during the voyage. Any illegals should be rounded up quarantined and sent back on the boat in a special container to the port they came from and be banned from ever entering the UK. The navy should patrol the seas around us to stop their attempts by sea,
Instead of giving France money to build a useless wall they should spend it on homeland security. Most of those at Calais are African thugs and they will bring their thuggery with them here if allowed in. They should be returned there not allowed to come here by the back door. I also find it so strange that all those supposed children who came her in the last few days are all males. I never heard any mention of female children. Whats the betting when those so called children are settled here they suddenly find their families and have them brought here.
I am just pithed off with all this stupid stuff the government are foisting on us. If the government keep at this way of working I can see rebellion by the people here, They need to start listening to those who elected them to run the country not be a charitable institution. Even immigrants who came here many years ago don’t want them only the do gooders seem to but I bet they wouldn’t want them living near them.

This is a something French politicians seem to say whenever elections are due in France, its a bit of a rallying cry for their domestic audience, we get the same sort of thing at every election, politicians trying to sound like they’re going to act tough and do something.
How can we really “take back control” of our own borders in any way that is short of incarcerating illegal immigrants on sight - should they be picked up THIS side of the Channel?
This “The winning post is the exit into Kent of the channel tunnel” needs to be squashed out of existence NOW.
Look at this “Children” mockery we’ve seen this past week: Obviously a lot older - What happens to them? - NOT incarceration.
They’ll be given a council flat, an NH number, and a minimum wage job with massive tax credit top-ups - and bump some home-grown Brit down the list for a council flat in the process.
They won’t be integrating as there was never any requirement to renounce the religion they argue they are running away from.
They won’t have any eligible females with them
…Nor any real kids come to that.
So that’s hundreds of young muslim males with NO kids pretending to BE those kids, and for each one you let in “unaccompanied” there will be loads of “Uncles” (no aunts!) that will be trying to tailgate them across our border as well.
So what part of “Illegal Immigrants are sent to a detention center, and then deported” did I not understand in our already-in-place laws?
If the authorities don’t crack down on both sides of the channel before long - it’s only a matter of time until Legit EU citizens trying to cross this “open” border start getting killed, and yet other citizens start tooling up - because if the police are not interested in busting folk throwing logs at lorries, ■■■■■■ journalists, and wishing to spread Islamic Jihad within Britain - then it’s clearly going to be down to the individual to “defend themselves” which of course, pushes the whole EU with or without the UK - to having some kind of “Second Ammendment” where we can all have the right to defend our own vs outside attack using deadly force. 
Ordinary French Folk are not our enemy here - is those in charge who won’t implement existing laws. 
It’s a bit depressing to see that Merkel’s downfall in progress in Germany - instead of admitting The Right to power - is actually opening the floodgates for Die Linke, which has nasty ramifications for the UK if we go in a similar direction to Germany then.
I’m talking about Labour’s definition of “Poor” that they pledge to support being “Illegal Immigrants Everywhere” whereas the “Rich will be trodden underfoot”. Not good when this will end up being anyone earning more than the minimum wage, and not receiving Tax Credits - defined as “Rich” or “Right Wing Worker” etc.
“The Squeezed Middle” need to decide which side they are going to be on - because the middle ground here has already disappeared.

What then? If we tried to send them back to France, the French would refuse to take them. We can’t send them anywhere else for the same reason. So we open up a huge refugee camp in Kent.

We can ‘refuse’ to take them by the simple act of not making them welcome and summary deportation based on DNA and lingual evidence of origin.Just as we’d be treated if we tried to gate crash another country by throwing away our passport.

The French took them in let them stay there so they are duty bound to take them back else they would be back and forward in limbo for ever … not a bad idea that it might deter others from trying or send them to Merkel
