I thought he had a plan that was all ready to go from day one. That everyone had agreed to was going to cost less than the rwanda bill and with a direct snub at the americans he wasnt going to wait 100 days. Along with all his other promises about lowering bills keeping taxes the same sorting the nhs backlog etc etc
