And staff these buildings with all the well trained Prison Officers that we have sitting around waiting for summat to do?
Buildings may be secure enough for those who are not meant to have their freedom restricted, ie migrants, but not secure enough for those who are meant to be confined. Prisons tend to have walls and fences, four star hotels [sic] tend to have less in the way of barbed wire.
So it’s better just to let them out then instead eh?..despite the threat to the public.
Whilst imprisoning those who should have got tagged, or community service, or suspended sentences, and using god knows how many places for foreign criminals who should have been deported from day 1.
Ok got it…cheers.
So let’s analyze what we know. The prisons have been overcrowded for years. I know that, you know that and I guess 2 tier knows that.
The disturbances happened and all individuals were tarred with the same brush …far right thugs by 2 tier.
PM.Brain wave lets really show all of these far right scum we are not going to tolerate it and bang them away with excessive prison terms.
Advisor. But there are no prison spaces available PM.
PM. We will let baby shakers, wife beaters, druggies and further low life’s out earlier than recommended to make room for the far right scum.
Advisor. But PM you do know that many of the problems were carried out by opportunists, many in drink and Facebook warriors too. And PM you do know that re offending from inmate’s is high and many will be sent back to prisons which are already full.
But all the accused who were sentenced to prison were sentenced in a Court, by a Judge.
Not by Starmer, nor anyone else, looking at a video and making a judgment on that alone.
Not by reading a media report that chooses what facts to report and what to omit.
A British Court, with the opportunity for the accused to make their defence.
It wasn’t politicians and advisors making these decisions in that way.
When has being drunk been a defence for anything?
Is that an excuse for wife-beaters or those who kill with cars? So why would that be an excuse for rioters?
An authoritarian PM, a member of the establishment, a guy involved in the higher echelons of the judicial system in his previous career, …so certainly heavily involved in the establishment’s famous ‘Old Boys Network’…you scratch my back etc etc.
Does even you not think that he would have had, at the very least some influence, and at the most an active input?
No of course you dont’ because you have true to form just stated the official line telling us he/they had no input…and believe it.
Meanwhile a victory for common sense and justice, in the form of another kick in the teeth, for the lefty lawyers poised to make a killing, in bringing the police into disrepute and a repeat of the BLM George Floyd joke.
Reporting restrictions have been lifted to reveal that Chris Kaba (the guy shot in the line of duty by armed Police, where the cop involved has been under immense pressure thinking he was to be found guilty of murder, but thankfully exonerated.) was in fact a leading member of a London gang, and was identified as a gunman in a nightclub, and then a second shooting with a very violent past…so not a George Floyd esque angel after all apparentlly.
Being that Kaba was in fact a black man, I could just imagine Starmer digging out his kneepads again, to ‘take the knee’ like last time, in the cringeworthy pic after the lefties had done their work.
So the copper, is not guilty. Good. I’m glad to hear it.
Are you angry at the CPS, under the Tories, for bringing the case?
Are you angry at the Judiciary under Labour for the Not Guilty verdict?
Are you angry…well yes…as always!
Angry?..Nah not angry, but even if I was anger is the catalyst for action…not so sure about general pacifism and servility though.
If there was something to be angry about it would be the inevitable hand wringing lefties, if his true past had not been revealed.
All led by the nose by their lefty lawyers, bleating on about the injustice of ‘taking a life of a good man who was good to his mam, and helped old ladies across the road’ …and re kicking off the BLM b/s.
And as I said Starmer being seen to comply (just in case he offends otherwise)
A whole lefty induced sh show in fact.
Now yeah, that WOULD make me angry.
Actually franglais and on reflection the establishment at least in my area were spot on with the far right thugs because their actions in part involved the handling of BOMBS, yes thats right BOMBS, some looser put the window through at Lush and there was a free for all for BOMBS, bath BOMBS.
Rather strange that you and I can go into B&Q and make off with getting on for £200 worth of goods nothing is done by the Police, yet opportunists can walk into a store that has been vandalised walk out with £50 worth of bath bombs and face a stiff sentence in prison labelled a far right rioting thug. Get my point?
You seem to be saying that if someone was drunk when they committed an offence, they should be treated more lightly.
Is someone crying about getting busted for theft, because the door was broken open by rioters?
I guess you are talking about a specific case, that I do not know about.
Is that the evidence reported by the media? Was there more to the case not reported by the media?
Did the accused plead guilty or not?
And if some cases of theft do not get prosecuted, then I do not excuse that, nor think it is right. Failure to prosecute one case, is no reason not to prosecute even more of them.
And again are you giving/do you know all the circumstances of the cases you are referring to?
Has anyone been prosecuted for being “far right” ?
I am aware of those prosecuted for violence, criminal damage, and incitement.
Not the law is it? So they gambled they wouldn’t get caught and prosecuted, but they were.
You aren’t alleging they did not do the crime? Just saying they got caught but should be let off?
''Has anybody been prosecuted for being ‘Far Right’?
As ever this is you just being your obtuse self for effect.
No they have not in essence, (maybe apart from Hitler around 1923.)
In fact I would go as far as to say that virtually none of those involved in the rioting were actually ‘Far right’, …maybe apart from 1 or 2 who had their own agenda, and just went over the top.
The term ‘Far Right’ was used by Starmer as a term of convenience and justification, to describe those who displayed a strong disagreement with his pi55 poor policies on illeg…there I go again, must stick to the euphamistic myth… irregular immigrants.
But you already knew that despite your ridiculous question.
Shoplift under £200 on the high street don’t get prosecuted, take handouts on riot day totalling £50 get prosecuted. You know very well what I am saying.
What does it say when those you chose to be your nearest advisors and aides say that you are unfit for office?
More than that, what about calling someone a fascist? And saying they have no concept of law.
Happening now in the USA.
Just says what the character and calibre of politicians are to me,.and their followers and colleagues.
Liars, untrustworthy, self serving, and now disloyal and treacherous, …exactly as they are in this country, in fact the world.
Everybody already knows that, well most of us, so no surprise on this occasion whatsoever, it is just the latest of many.
So the princess’s are still going on about things that’s been going on for years
Some stranger must have kissed them while they were asleep and they woke up to the real world and then decided they could persecute people on a forum to what people already know
Hard to know how people expressing there thoughts like that sleep at night with all that burden on their shoulders and just coping on to what’s going on for years and some can’t even read plain English
Give it a rest or Google will start charging for searching topics and then everything will come to a stop
Get a life and stop replying to people’s replies as if your always right
As the saying goes if you acted like that in a public place you wouldn’t last 2 minutes
Politics and religion, only on a forum hidden behind a computer screen
