Two years old and they’ve finally got around to splashing out on the expensive signwriting!
Ahhhh!! An XPO driver!! What are they like to work for??
Bearing in mind that they are a large conglomerate and as such come up with some frankly bewildering decisions I’d say they are a good Co to work for. My experience is that they run 100% legal kit and tacho wise. They want their pound of flesh obviously but if I say something can’t be done they will take my word for it and not sulk at me.
Not sure of pay rates at different sites as they all seem to negotiate their own site deals, but where I work we are on the old Salvesen T’s & C’s which are very favourable to the drivers.

No Eddie, it’s at Easton which is just off the A1 near Colsterworth.
Oh well, I was wondering whether to make 2017 a change of direction year and venture back to the land of fridges, getting a bit bored on boxes now. Kings Lynn would be an ideal base, a bit closer to home than Peterborough. New year prediction, I’ll still where I am in a years time !
