Bearing in mind that they are a large conglomerate and as such come up with some frankly bewildering decisions I’d say they are a good Co to work for. My experience is that they run 100% legal kit and tacho wise. They want their pound of flesh obviously but if I say something can’t be done they will take my word for it and not sulk at me.
Not sure of pay rates at different sites as they all seem to negotiate their own site deals, but where I work we are on the old Salvesen T’s & C’s which are very favourable to the drivers.

They had a panic last month and everything ND branded had to go, this included signwriting and uniforms. I heard (could be bollox tbh) that the Dentressangle family included a clause in the sale that everything must be unbranded by a certain length of time.
