Hi Dean, Yes I had this truck BJN 56T whilst working for FW Eaton, and very interestingly its a picture of ME driving it !! . Must have been around 1984/5, and looks very clean so must have been taken on a Monday after me washing and greasing it up on the previous Saturday.

industrial estate. One of C.B.Morgans MAN bulkers from Shaftesbury following and a Blue circle cement motor going the other way.

Looks like a IMP car behind.

Shepherds Transport Seddon Atkinson 401 seen here after coming down the spur road from Ringwood and heading in the direction
of Poole. Think they were from Birmingham way ■■ That yellow Capri would be worth a few quid today as they are fetching good
money.

Hi Dean, Yes this MAN was one of the Eatons fleet, drove by a chap called Don who always wore a tie.

I’m sure he changed the name on the door of the f88 to read DG Corbin instead of DG Furnell and apart from the phone number he left the rest of the sign writing as it was because it says European Traction Poole Dorset England.He must of been having a tight moment,the only man I knew who had a double headed coin!
I haven’t a lot of pictures they have all been lost unfortunatly.

Have to say hes probably the shrewdest man we will ever have known in our lives,he could make serious money. Remember when

When you look at the pics from the 70s/80’s its surprising how many drivers did wear a tie. :wink:
