Thanks so much! Quite simple in fact; injection upgrading and valve rim angle set from 45° to 30° gives an extra 30 bhp.

Roughly the same as with Berliet, when they switched (1958-59) from Ricardo injection to MAN injection (M series). The GLM 10 R’s 9.6 litres engine delivered 150 bhp, when the GLM 10 M delivered 180 bhp.

Would someone mind replying to my last post in the Promotor drivers thread as it won’t allow me to download any more content until some does. UTTERLY BONKERS.

@lurpak , a bit of competition for the local manufacturers, eh?

My mate turned up last week on a new Royal Enfield Bullet, We grew up together & both in our mid 70’s, It’s the first motorbike he’s had since he was 19. :scream:

It’s a lovely thing but sounds nowt like the bikes from the 1960’s.

Hi star_down_ under,
Thats some beast of a van. Nice though. We had something similar shipped over for some reason. I can’t find any photo
Cheers Ade

G’day lurpak, some people seem to lose touch with what camping is supposed to be, needing everything including the kitchen sink.

I wonder when in the States that they authorised the increased tractor lengths so that they didn’t have to round off the trailer corners like that.
Or was it perhaps that someone woke up one morning and realised that there weren’t any restrictions at all?

Just seen this on Youtube

The Albion version was terrible cold and very noisey my dad nearly froze to death in it one winter on the M62 in heavy snow
