but I cant identify what make of lorry chassis that any of them are built on.

Hi oily! He use that truck and trailer for tarmac work. And move the tarmac machine on the trailer. Thats why he got that ramp.

A Miles cab ,Froggy, quite a number appeared on 8 wheeled Albion tankers.
Purely a matter of taste i suppose, but they where different.
I do not recall them being fitted to any other chassis.

Different, certainly, but the space of this cab was certainly enjoyed by their drivers, compared to the standards cab fitted at that time!
