Before my time, yes, but interesting nevertheless.
The Maudsley reminds me of a railcar I rode on in Queensland. A bus lifted from its undercarriage and mounted on rail bogies. The driver sat there like any other, 3 pedals and the gear stick alongside him. The only difference was he didnβt have a steering wheel.
And that Farina. Does the trailer have a driven mid axle do you think? Perhaps with an electric motor?

The electric driven wheel figures.
A railcar from an earlier age.

I have been kindly given permission by Traveller Dave to post pics from his collection on here, mostly from France, Spain and Portugal, motors for restortation, motors restored, exhibition motors, scrap motors and some makes Iβd never heard of before.
Kicking off with a Bartletts of Binley Volvo and Scania at Essone Expo in France.

Scania to the fore, I may have posted one or more before, filing cabinet not what it should be.

Thatβs the idea, but that AEC is more modified than the Maudsley I rode in. Forward control and seemed bog standard except for the wheels.
Love the swept roof line for a sun visor though.
