The FL10 lookalikes are a lot smarter than Volvo managed to do them, and the same can be said for the 4s Scania Euro truck makers remember what
happened to our motor cycle makers. Eddie.

Fascinating Oily, but to be honest I wasn’t impressed by the Yank’s efforts. He appeared to crash the gears several times mainly due to the delay between main and compound changes with only one hand.
On the other hand the Aussie did it like a true pro, his levers appeared to be set up better, closer together, allowing for a more fluid movement.
Not that I’m biased or anything, of course.
However it has to be said, I wouldn’t like to operate a quad in an urban environment, we would wind up gradually through most of the gears and then rarely stopped for anything once rolling. Cows and roos got a blast on the horns and/or a stab at the brakes (the air seemed to scare them) and if they didn’t shift well, that’s what the bull bars were for. I never did hit one though, for which, as even then an inveterate animal lover, I was extremely grateful.
Some heavy stuff again shared within terms of CC licence. Apologies if I have posted one or more of these before.
