I took this picture (I think in the 90s) from the top of the cliffs overlooking Dover Eastern Docks. Can you see your wagon? Robert

Second row up,4th left . . looks like one of Arcade motors Renaults.

Is that the one with the white stripe round the tilt. ?

Jeff…

Jelliot:
Some times you have a truck then sell it and never see it again, other times it just keeps showing up when it least expected.

We had this F16 Globetrotter on fridge work doing Spain which was bought by Meek who also pulled a fridge and sometimes a tilt. I airbrushed it for A and NA Meek, and here it is sitting in our yard in the Scottish Borders.

I went to Australia and America to a bit of driving and painting and when I got back I was running to Turkey. I was sitting in a TIR park one day taking photos of a rather interesting trailer, when An Irish fridge pulled and guess what was pulling it.
That’s right it was a guy with a Scania jacket, but he was driving …

A few months later I went to work for the Iveco man who used to buy a few trucks at auction and couldn’t resist it so he bought this…Somewhere along the way it had grown a big tank…

He sold it a year later as it was heavy on fuel…

But I was loading in West Wales for the Ukraine one day and guess what was ahead of me in the queue…

I heard it was written of in Portugal, but I was getting through Austria about a year later and …

Still with the same super cube…

Jeff…

No Dockspeed Trucks but one Intercity and Traction GB’s Eurotrotter, class…

Jeff that Volvo is trying to tell you something I think you will have to buy her back. Eddie.

Jeff…

Yes,thats the one.

Danne can you put a link up■■?

I was driving through a very remote area of southern Tasmania earlier this week and behind a hedge I was a series II F16 parked up. I stopped and went in to see it on the way back through but there wasn’t any one about, but it looked like it was fairly complete. And as it has been in Tasmania all it’s life it is completely rust free. Hmmmmmm !
It’s not really worth anything as a working truck, as anything under euro3 is now very expensive to register. The vintage truck guys are more interested in early US iron and 50’s and 60’s British stuff.

 I’ve never been a Series 2 F16 Volvo, but I used to be a bit of an ERF ‘European’ before I saw the light! And I never use to be one behind a hedge; I always did it in the open for all to see! Robert

AHH bolocks to ya Robert   I’m doing 14 hour shifts at the moment… was – saw I can’t even remember my name at the moment. When I was a kid I wanted to be toy plastic trumpet. Shortly after that I wanted to be a truck driver, most days I’m fairly happy I went with the second choice.

Jeff…

Things must be formatted differently on an Ipad and phone, a customer showed me some airbrush images on his Ipad and I couldn’t find it on my computer.

I’ve got tilt fatigue looking at all the photos on the euro wheels site, not that I mind to much.
