The Redbeck claims another victim !!

If only the brdge was well marked both sides and had ample warning on road signs from all possible directions. Oh wait… :unamused:

Fair play to him that’s a proper job, none of this just nudging the bridge and knocking the trailer a bit out of shape for him :sunglasses:

Jeez … what speed was he/she doing to get that all the way through before they stopped … although looking at the photo, it looks as if he was perhaps only just over-height and also the stuff in the trl was light-weight … looking at what is on the road

If only the trailer was 4.0 m high :unamused:

That’s a left ■■■■■■, aren’t all EU trailers supposed to be 4.0m high? That bridge is signed up as 4.2m

That looks like the reefers insulation to me, either it was a very low load or empty, can’t really tell because of the poor quality image tbh

The bar at the front of the fridge appears to have done its job.

The Magnum comes a tad under 4.0m at 3.8, there is a lot of trailer above the roofline

It looks like Needhams from Ireland, probably with a Dfds trailer so could of been any hight.

Ahh right, that explains that one then.

I prefer the Praline Magnum, tasty as…

No messing around there like. Kept her lit and made sure he cleared it

He got through didn’t he? What’s the problem? Crack on driver.

Is that the one mentioned on the traffic news on the A638 just outside wakey?

edit just read rob k’s post. So, yes it is. Bloody idiot! Loads of warnings for that bridge! [emoji35]

Nothing worse than half measures, on the bang and flat to the mat is the way to go, no ■■■■■ footing about there…well done driver… :grimacing:

His mate told him not to go that way as he’d never get under that bridge… how wrong was his mate
