The Smiles line up from the past good old days 1950s I guess with two Willenhall cabbed ERFs at the far end of the line they also appear at the back of the line up in your previous posting at Richardson Wesgarth’s I assume, also in view is the jib of the Titan II floating crane on the river. That looks like Fergie’s old low loader your pulling there Larry, done quite a bit stuff with the two at Sunderland but the newer one was easier to use, although the older King was good to pull. Franky.
Hi Franky, It was our own trailer, It was an ex Walker Bros Tasker, We did quite a bit of moving plant around for a local builder, Mind you it had to be on perfect level ground when knocking the wheels out, Regards Larry.
There’re a few from the late Jim Wilkinson’s collection, with many thanks to his son Iain for the permission to post them.
