hiya,
Larry stayed in a hotel not far from Tillotsons old place just a few weeks back, had been over that way to see my brother and have to go past the place to get to my brothers house, yes Summit works have delivered body building materials into there as well as a cab from Park Royal many moons ago and when i did a spell for J and E Transport in the late 50s got the pleasure of collecting a brand spanking new 4 wheeled AEC and taking it to the yard, happy days seems to be a few firms in there now.
thanks harry long retired.
Well Harry, Smiles used to buy all their AECs, & Dodges from there, I assume they most have got a better deal than the dealers in Newcastle, because they had a lot of them . Regards Larry.
