No more agency

One for the Boris haters…I love winding them up …

(Btw speaking of… where the ■■■■ IS frangers? )

HE was the only reason they got in last time, (Boris not frangers  ) including winning long time past staunch Labour seats.

You can say wtf you like, and ignoring the perception of lies,.and especially the over blown cheese vol au vents and wine fiasco. during the Covid lockdown scam :unamused: …if he was still the leader they would have got in again.
And Starmer knows this.

With the ■■■■ ups of making the best of Brexit, that silly cow Truss, Sunak et all.?
Not a cat in hell’s chance of another Tory term ,.and good enough for them.

Whether Labour has learned from its past mistakes, and decided to go back to their roots and raison d’etre,.remains to be seen,.I certainly hope so.
If not it’s a bit like voting for the best option… of death by drowning or by burning.

In the brave new commy utopia everyone will have to work 10 hours per day 5 days per week until the age of 70.
Young party members and illegal immigrants exempt with entitlement to an unlimited Income support package.
With bonus points if they can show 50% of their resulting free time devoted to cycling.

Yes carryfast I think you’ll be proved right

I hope that i’ll be proved wrong.Just over 14 months to go to collect my pension and they’ve already nicked a year off me at that and my time off is more important to me than having to work full time.Although the balance is a bit too much time off at the moment.

Another 5 years of the Con zb show would still be way better than the first year of having the Commies in power.
Dozy is spot on about that bunch of retarded zealots.

lynchy:
Oh dear,as usual the dozer frothing up the wrong tree, zero hours PAYE,scores zero

12k pa is also under the tax threshold.

But they want the over 50’s and over 60’s to work 10 hours per day and 5 days per week to subsidise the anything but work lifestyle of the cycle joyriding, climate activist, under 30’s and obviously their asylum seeker mates.

You mean the Boris who together with Schapps dreamt up the ULEZ scam.
Who was/is closer to Cameron and May on the fake Brexit stitch up than IDS or Dave Davis.
As for Franger’s he’s probably hard at work to pay for his principles on late retirement and the climate scam. That electric boiler and EV will cost a fortune to run although ironically the government class electric boilers as fossil fuelled if you want to claim a gas boiler replacement grant.

The big question is IF they get in to power
All the main parties can even run a bath let alone the country

I think you will find that it is WHEN.
The bookies dont often get it wrong and they are offering 1/7 for labour to win the most seats, and 4/11 for it to be a labour government, and 1/7 for the next prime minister to be Starmer. They are offering 6/1 for a conservative minority government and 8/1 for a conservative majority government. It seems like a done deal to me.

Labour are now 1/10 odds-on to get the most seats - since the weekend.

This is appalling, if you think about it - Corbyn got shown that he couldn’t win power on an anti-semitic ticket, but here we have Keir Starmer’s Labour hoisting Palestinian Flags in places like Liverpool - effectively arguing that whatever happened to Israel was somehow “deserved” and “Israel’s Imminent Wrath upon Gaza” is somehow NOT justified…

FFS that means that Labour have surged BECAUSE of it’s anti-semit ticket it now runs on, for simply NOT condeming those elements of the Labour party like Momentum that we were told “brought Corbyn down”…

You really cannot make this stuff up!

Who would have thought that the anti-israel cause - could be stronger than both Brexit and Covid combined to talk us all into an early grave of biblical judgements?

It doesn’t matter if you believe it or not… If you’re killed, you’’ be dead regardless of WHAT you believe!

In the last three elections - people have voted Conservative (myself included) to “Stop Labour”.

Now the worm has turned that most people like NONE of the main three parties - are we going to continue doing that?

It is possible that people are now “no longer afraid of Labour winning” - and as a consequence, can vote for one of the minor parties unfearful of “That letting Labour in” - as it seems to already be considered a fait accompli by this point?

I won’t be voting Tory to stop Labour then - I’ll be voting RP most likely to stop 'em BOTH…

Maybe it’s time to think the unthinkable democracy is no longer fit for purpose.
The divisions are too wide to be overruled and usurped by any so called demographic majority.
Especially in the case of the hypocrisy of Socialists selectively importing their own foreign vote base and taking advantage of our anything but democratic electoral system to do it.In which the local concentration of votes overrules the aggregate of votes.
In which the ‘Labour’ Kahn vote can export its influence into areas where it has no mandate but I have no right to export my vote to anywhere in the country that I choose where it can make an electoral difference to the ballot.IE PR.
Democracy bs.

I see comrade rayner said the first thing they will do when they get in power is ban zero hours contracts , so I assume that’s agency finished ?
Will there be anything put in place for the mental stress that’s going to cause them , having to wash /shower / change clothes every day , no more pinching our biscuits , buy there own , instead of 3 month in the Benidorm, hours at a tesco rdc on boxing / New Year’s Eve
5,4,3,2 ,1 along they come !!!

Dont be confusing zero hours contracts with working for an agency. A zero hours contract literally means that you are not contracted any minimum hours, however, you are required to be available at any point in the working week, with no obligation from the employer to provide any set hours.
With an ageny, YOU choose when you are available work and on the whole you are free to go and work for multiple agencies or employers, a zero hours contract would not permit you to do this because the employer would want you to be availabible to go in and do a shift for them whenever they snap their fingers.
Agencies existed long before zero hours contracts.

Isn’t there this third option though?

Agency (last minute bookings only) “Full Time” (have to work whatever hours you’re told)
and…
CORE Agency - the only ones who get to choose which shifts/hours they work, can refuse a shift without being sacked, and are not obliged to work shifts they don’t want during “Pressure Times” - which strangely always coincide with when one wants to take their holidays, but never coincides with when NO one wants to take their holidays, eg. January…

From memory the contract I had working for Overdrive/Manpower in the 1980’s provided minimum set hours per shift and holiday and sick pay.
The downside was no clause regarding the employees right to turn down any shift offered nor more importantly any unsuited duties required/requested during that shift.
On that basis I much prefer my present arrangement no strings either way.
Including the right to say no thanks to any job and more importantly any duties requested as part of that if it doesn’t suit.

Allowing Labour to win will be like giving a cruise ship to the replace the dingy’s.

Well, I suppose that was always an inevitable Carryfast end point

Essentially, if you now vote Labour before they’ve purged the far-left, then you’re voting for this country’s first anti-semitic government in-waiting.

Bet you lefties are real proud of yourselves right now…

Socialism whether Stalin’s version or Hitler’s version has a historic anti Semitic problem who would have thought it.
You won’t see any western weapons used by the Arab forces in 1967 or 73 in that regard. As opposed to armed to the teeth by Russia and China.

You mean the NHS which proved so good at health care rationing to keep wage costs down that even the Tories obviously kept it staggering on.
The State pension a non contractual rip off which like all pensions is a scam based on you die before getting all your money back and the ‘provider’ keeps the balance.
Socialism = the S in USSR and NSDAP.
IE the control freak ideology of the Collective.

A pension sooo good that I suspect large numbers at the wealthier end of pension claimants - now get to perish at younger-than-before ages due to botched operations that people still think are honest mistakes, rather than systemic “NHS macht Frei” premature perish machine that it all now seems to have become since the turn of the century?

Where’s all that money pit cash injections GOING FFS?

Covid: Aunt died of “With Covid”, actually died from discontinued oncology.
Covid: Mate of 30 years went into hospital to have wisdom tooth out as “out patient” - comes at dead “caught covid, and died”.
Covid: NO ONE ELSE I KNOW actually caught and died of Covid, where it was known they had anything wrong with them at all - before apparently dying of this scamdemic disease which I continue to suspect is just jostled-around stastitics from other respiaratory ailments such as Flu, Emphazema, Plurosy, Lung Cancer, etc.

“Socialism” should have been shelved at the same time Nazism was.
The last ■■■■ government in the world to be democratically elected would have been 1945 Argentina, which just happens to be the same year Atlee got elected to set up the NHS…

There are no conspiracies - but there are no coincidences either.

“Controlling the masses with lies and spin” is the way seen to rule the world’s public these days.
TBH it would be better if we had an honest dictatorship, that doesn’t have to lie/cook the books/mis-represent as they can just blatently enforce the law unapologetically at all times…

How can people around the world be blatently locked up for non-existant crimes, whilst others openly commiting those same crimes - have the godless-given “Right” to burn down/kill/maim/destroy whatever they damned well please - in the name of Human Rights?

We’ve already lost the right to vote for whom we want - without that person being arrested and falsly accused…

We’ve already lost the right to NHS treatment free at the point of sale - as we’ve already paid, and now we are back at the end of the queue again, whilst actual criminals jump the queue having paid nothing in ever get our taxes spent on them, let alone paid off their already-debt to society…

We’ve already lost the right to not be spied upon, and persecuted based on the outcome of that illegally obtained data…

We’ve already lost the right to leave the country if we don’t like it - and go where that is outside the influence of corruption?

We don’t even have the hope of one day leaving this death-trap planet without having to perish in the process…

Now imagine all of the above with no electricity for years and years
:frowning:
This “Great Reset” will reset us back to 4000bc with no recollection of what went wrong between 9000BC and 4004BC to get us on that “Go back to Old Kent Road” track…

Your hormone bursting dad, having a frantic session, with your mum having a good time…

Now consider, that this is just an occasional thing, and make the most of the time you have, because when you die, it’s all gone…

It’s what all our ancestors have done, from day one…
