At what time do the night time rules start and finish.

This is a tricky one and a bit of a beard scratcher.
I would normally say they are valid until day light but there should be some daylight saving criteria for this time of year.
After consulting the blaggers manual - which is on it twelfth edition - 5am is on the limit. Or as the French translation puts it ‘sur la rim’. Which, be coincidence describes my work ethic.
Of course if it can be done with your eyes closed, it never happened at all.

Well you see this is where the Albanian variation in Chapter 5 comes into play. Don’t tie yourself to naming a ferry crossing. Indeed going for the Puttgarten boat would be valid under the variation.
Have we just discovered a truck version of Mornington Crescent?

The law states you can overtake at night when there’s a full moon, the only exception being if you have your lights on but that uses more fuel

Blimey I thought full moon means you can use the hard shoulder of a motorway.Remembering that a 90 kmh minimum limit applies in that case.

Doesn,t anyone of you horrible lot think of the Children ■■ …
Of course we do, but then we figure the night time rules surely kick in after the little [fb]'s bedtimes, so if they’re playing in lane 3 where Malcom wants to drive after dark, then it’s their fault if the football gets squashed under the tyres…unless there’s a DCPC ruling to cover this!
Still think he is on a credibility regain excercise.
And to answer the Donkey’s question…Carryfast must be on a wind up, you always know he aint being serious when he doesn’t mention, Thatcher, Callaghan, or Stalin.
