Does anyone know how old you have to be to drive for Nolans? Is their required age for insurance purposes 18, 21 or 25?
Dont know if theyre still going or not, but i worked for Mcgrane’s from inver, co donegal a few years ago, it started when i rang caffrey’s, and they said i didnt have enough experience, (id only had me class 1 6 months) but he said my mate is looking for a driver, gave me the number, i rang and he said, can u be in liverpool docks on friday morning? (this was wednsday night) i duly arrived, , truck came off with 3 other lads, 1 hit la coruna, reload porto, tip merther tydfill all done legally, did 3 weeks out, got back home for a 3 day break,then over to ireland, into the yard, and was handed 3000 euro, carried on like that for 6 months, clear off for 3 weeks, home, yard, cash. i only finished because i spat me dummy over something stupid, to quote luke…GOOD TIMES!
